It was the brainchild of a group of experienced Civil and Electromechanical Engineers working in the UAE for more than a decade and feeling the need of an infrastructure development company covering all fields of construction from civil to electromechanical. That brainchild has grown to become a company which provides complete end-to-end infrastructure development solutions. As a group of experienced Engineers, ISGC has evolved into taking design and build projects, delivering meticulously designed and efficiently executed projects from idea until completion to its valuable clients. ISGC has set its eyes on becoming the first choice of every client in the infrastructure development sector of UAE in the near future.
ISGC is registered as a general contracting company in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its registered activities include Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas Fields and Facilities Services, Electrical contracting, Mechanical Contracting (Plumbing, HVAC, Generator Installation etc.), Main Roads, Streets and related works contracting, all kinds of building projects contracting, Installation of Fence and barbed Wire etc. The major fields of our business are described in detail in the Area of Expertise Section below.
ISGC has a well-planned and efficient organization which is evident from our organization chart. Our organization has all the attributes of a modern company structure that fulfills organizational goals as well as personal satisfaction of employees. It is designed on scientific basis to increase efficiency but has all the important soft attributes of a humanitarian organization. As discussed in the beginning that ISGC is the brainchild of a group of experienced and professional Civil and Electromechanical Engineers who have brought with them a vast expertise and wisdom from their careers as employees in some of the well-known organizations of UAE.
ISGC has founded itself on strong and meticulously chalked out policies which are the guiding principles of all our operations. Some of our main policies include quality policy, Environment Policy, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Integrated Business Management Policy and Equal Opportunity Policy. These policies can be seen in detail in the upcoming pages.
ISGC has zero tolerance for any loopholes in its Occupational Health and Safety management system. We are striving our level best to keep our safety incidents and near misses to zero. To do so, ISGC ensures training of its employees, safety induction, and preparation of method statement, task risk assessment and HIRA, incident reporting system for all its projects. Moreover, Tool Box talks and Pre-Task Briefings are conducted by site supervisors on daily basis before the start of any activity.
